Biography
Ten Nebula (Tanya Thomas) is a Devotee of The Great mother Goddess, Healer, Heretic, Organizer, and Siren. Most of her work and educational background has been in the arts. She is dedicated to aligning with nature, healing herself on all levels of being, and assisting others with their own healing & remembering their divine heritage. She currently lives and does her life’s work in New Mexico.

How my Healing work can serve you
A session is about 1hour long (50min. for the work and remaining 10 minutes for discussion). It is a clothed session. The work will focus on the whole being and can have combined therapies used in a single session. You can ask that the session focus on a particular body area or issue. The client needs to just relax and be open.*Note: There is nothing sexual in nature about the work

My work can be very beneficial to clients with mild problems, chronic issues, emotional or mental dis-ease, or those who just want to do preventive work. My healing work affects the client on a very profound spiritual and cellular level, so it is best if the client has self-help and healthy boundaries techniques to utilize after the work is done. *Self-help can mean a daily spiritual practice, going often to places for alternative medicine, using psychic & metaphysical tools, lightwork information, etc.

My healing work helps the client's body & energy to work from a higher and clearer place of being. It helps promote more moments of inner peace, releasing of blockages and traumas, speeds up the body's ability to heal, cleanses the aura, helps to integrate mind-body-spirit connection, and assists with achieving a higher vibration.

During sessions, I usually work with Archangelics of light, Goddesses of the Divine Plan, Reiki guides and angels, the client's spirit guides of light and their higher selves, which creates a more enriching and fulfilling session.

After a session, I highly recommend drinking lots of water for at least 7 days to help with cleansing.

Definitions of the Healing Modalities
Reiki
Reiki means universal life-force energy. Reiki is a scientific method of activating and balancing the life-force energy (also known as qi, mana, ki, prana, ka, chi, or barraka) present in all living things. Light lay-on-hands technique are used on the body in order in order to channel energy to organs and glands and align the charkas (energy centers). This method is used as a health maintenance, disease prevention, and healing art, and can be applied to oneself and to others.

Sound Healing
Sound is the first creator. It can be used for healing, purification, aligning, and releasing denser energies. We can use a variety of instruments in sound healing like tuning forks, bells, crystal bowls, singing, chants, and drums. The frequencies from the sound assist us with transformation on subtle, cellular, and energetic levels.

Ten Nebula is a naturally born sound healer using her voice as her main instrument. Her personal sound connects with and affects the emotional body on a profound level. During a session, she may use other sound healing instruments and devices to help you lighten up.

Crystal Healing
Crystal therapy is an ancient healing method used by our eldest ancestors. Crystals (along with trees and dolphins) are one of our oldest Earth relatives. They hold great wisdom, clear spaces, can be programmed with thought, and are extremely powerful.

Ten Nebula is a crystal therapist, who uses intention, light, and sound to make each session incredibly enriching for the client. The crystals are placed on and near the body in a way to help rebalance the chakras and clean the aura of lower frequency energies.

CranioSacral
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive technique that can address specific problems, enhance nervous-system function reduce stress, using hands-on palpation. It releases restrictions and imbalances in the craniosacral system to encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

Breema Bodywork
Breema bodywork is a catalyst for the body’s self-healing process. Received fully clothed on a padded floor, this method uses comfortably supported movements which includes stretches, leans, brushes, holds, and a myriad of playfully rhythmic movements. Breema can be practiced both in partners as well as alone utilizing Self-Breema exercises.

Color Therapy
Color therapy is the art of using color to cleanse, reintegrate, and unify the multi-dimensional bodies. In a session, the client lies down on the massage table and each color of the rainbow (along with white, black, gold, and silver) are psychically runned through all the chakras, the seven aura layers, and each of the four major bodies (emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual). Every color has a specific function and purpose (i.e. yellow is the color associated with tranquility, peacefulness, brilliance, sunshine) that intuitively speaks to us for our highest good.

Psychic Aura Healings
Aura healings is a technique that uses metaphysics, intention, and our natural psychic ability. With this healing modality, a person can receive clearing on their seven auric layers and chakras as well as receive past life & current information to further assist them with becoming a more healthy and aligned being.

Usually the person sits in a chair and has their eyes open. In some cases, the person may lay down on the massage table and relax with their eyes closed.

Dreamwork
Dreamwork means having healing work done on you as a spirit while you are in the astral plane during your dreamtime. Our dreamtime is when we do most of our spiritual clearing. While sleeping, we can deal with past life issues, karmic clean-up, receive guidance from higher vibrational beings, attend classes, do spiritual initiations, communicate with other humans on the planet, create our future, and many other wonderful things. In a healing session with me, we will meet in the light or love astral realm and do the work there with your spiritual family of light to assist you.

Angel Work
Angel work consists of invoking the Seven Archangelic Tribes of light to assist in your personal healing. We will use psychic healing, the angels of light usually offer gifts to you during the session for your growth, and we will incorporate the chanting of their names to help bring the angelics divine energy into you aura, chakras, and different bodies of being.

Death Work
In death work, I assist the client with preparing for their death walk by offering healing work and spiritual counseling. It serves us best to let go as many negative thoughtforms and energies from our being before making our physical death transition. Having a deathworker assist you before and during this amazing rite-of-passage helps ease pain, cleanses the aura, makes our connection to both worlds more graceful and harmonious, and brings more light & love frequencies into the clients spiritual body. Death, like birth, needs to be celebrate and shown great respect and care.

The workshops I do are “Reiki Healing and Attunements”, “Psychic Tools”, and “The Basics of Goddess Worship”. Available to work with children, adults, elderly, and people with chronic dis-ease. Also, I am open to being contracted to work in certain health-based spaces (senior centers, schools, yoga centers, spas, hospitals, women spaces, Drug treatment centers, medical clinics, etc.) doing my healing work or teaching workshops. You can receive spiritual guidance & healing sessions from Ten Nebula through in-person service, phone sessions, and dreamtime assistance.

Workshops I offer and teach
“Psychic Tools for Basic living” Workshop – This workshop teaches various psychic tools that any person can learn to use daily to bring more light into their lives, help heal themselves, to stop being a “psychic sponge”, to protect oneself from lower vibrations and energies, to assist with the death process, and to align with a higher consciousness. We will discuss such topics as grounding cords, circles or protection, auras, psychic roses, salt purifications, and much more.

“Knowing The Goddess” Workshop - This fundamental workshop is focused on assisting participants with learning more about the mystic ways of the Goddess, her archetypes, her sacred holy days, lunar cycles, seasons and much more.

This is the perfect workshop for anyone who wants to learn about the Goddess, creating rites to honor her, using nature’s rhythm for increasing power and banishing outdated ways of being, and bringing more of her loving frequencies into your everyday life.

“Reiki Attunements and Healing” Workshop - Reiki means universal life-force energy. This comprehensive workshop offers the Reiki attunements for either level I-Ii-master level, history of Reiki, symbols, hand positions, mini-sessions, guidelines for practice, and certificate of attunement.

Healing Book of Names
Prayer and intention are two very powerful ways to daily connect to the divine and manifest our life’s experience. This sacred and universal form of healing can be used to address issues, ailments, or problems on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level.
The “Healing book of names” is a book which is energized with reiki during all our rituals of the new & full moons, equinoxes & solstices, and the cross-quarters of the nature cycle. Client can have their name or another persons name placed in the book in order to receive monthly prayers and light energy. Just email your name!!!!
